Bastion of traditional Livorno cuisine. Recommended: cacciucco, cod, cuttlefish with peas, anchovies alla povera, zarri.
Atmosphere with a pinch of irony, you can sit at the "table of science" or under the comic strip of "La Madonna dell'IRPEF".

Authentic, excellent cuisine, excellent wines, and reasonable prices. An enoteca by day, an osteria by night. My recommendation for any stay in Livorno. There may be a wait if there are more than two people.

On our way back from a trip to Tuscany we stopped here on the advice of a girl who worked at the Livorno aquarium, prices more than fair for a city like Livorno, excellent quality of the raw materials, I recommend the pasta allo scoglio, the tagliatelle with octopus ragù and the cacciucco alla livornese...a wonderful experience

Da anni vengo a mangiare da paolino alle cantine senesi e da anni sono meraviglioato dalla ottima cucina che ci viene servita..con la novità di Paolo in cucina sono nati nuovi piatti spettacolari come il tonno scottato con i funghi porcini fritti e i primi con pasta fatta.in casa e pesce.s3mpre fresco..sei uno spettacolo paolino..qualità prezzo top..andateci straconsigliato
