The entrance isn't very promising (from the outside), but once inside, everything changes. Beautiful atmosphere with very welcoming and polite staff. What can I say about the food? It was worth all the miles you've traveled to try the famous Cacciucco. 10/10.

The bread tasted odd, the pasta was chewy and the server forgot a few entrees. Server was patient, atmosphere was nice, but not a restaurant I would recommend.

I'm taking a step back in time at this osteria, a favorite with Livorno residents, and therefore with me too. Whenever I have the opportunity to return to my charming and wonderful city, I seek out the flavors and places that rekindle my soul. And here I'd say we're spot on: the quality/price ratio is always good, in fact, I'd say excellent. The location remains the same as always—it couldn't be otherwise, it wouldn't be La Cantina.

Ferragosto, inattentive service, the wait was over 30 minutes, the cacciucco was too spicy (not everyone likes too much chili), the fish quality was excellent. Recommended desserts (apple, apricot, and cinnamon cake, tiramisu, biscotti and cream, berry brick). Average price.

This is an old Livorno tavern, although its name recalls Siena, like the Fantini zucchetti (hats) with the colors of Siena's 17 districts hanging from the arch above the wine bottles. The place is quaint, and the waiters are quite efficient, even though they aren't from Livorno, which detracts a bit from the atmosphere. There's a wide selection of dishes, and the cacciucco is very good. I wasn't happy with the cod, which had been reheated in the microwave and had lost its fried texture. The calamari dish was a bit small, but the fish was good. The prices are absolutely fair. Overall, a good restaurant for those who like authentic osteria fare.

We ate at this restaurant on my children's recommendation. The food was good, the first courses were delicious, the caciucco was excellent, and the frittata was delicious. The staff was friendly, friendly, and professional. We'll be back.

Siamo stati a cena di sabato sera, due famiglie con due figli per una per un tavolo da 8 persone.
Menu variegato, si va dal classico cacciucco ad altri piatti, buoni anche per bambini più piccoli.

Da anni vengo a mangiare da paolino alle cantine senesi e da anni sono meraviglioato dalla ottima cucina che ci viene servita..con la novità di Paolo in cucina sono nati nuovi piatti spettacolari come il tonno scottato con i funghi porcini fritti e i primi con pasta fatta.in casa e pesce.s3mpre fresco..sei uno spettacolo paolino..qualità prezzo top..andateci straconsigliato
