We had a fantastic meal in this small, charming restaurant in a side street. The host, who also serves as both chef and waiter, welcomed us unannounced throughout the evening with great hospitality. We were impressed by the delicious dishes and desserts, prepared with palpable joy and passion. The wine by the glass was also a perfect complement to the meal. I think this rather special restaurant is a must-visit in Salò; we'd gladly return.

The owner is the chef and the waiter. He is a delight. The atmosphere is incredible with stone walls, minimal but eclectic decor, vibey candle light, and music. The wine list is extensive and features many wines from the region. There is a limited but amazing selection for dinner. Don’t pass on any of the chef’s “renditions”. The “eggplant parmesan” was a true delight with steamed eggplant and a Parmesan mousse. Everything was handcrafted and handmade. The meal was a piece of art. Don’t skip on desert. The chocolate cake was heavenly and the chef’s version of tiramisu featured another mousse with freeze dried bananas and coffee crumble biscuit. I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough. I’m so glad we stumbled into here and hope you do too!

We were absolutely thrilled with the food, the location, and the host! A small, somewhat hidden restaurant with outstanding cuisine and wine. The host is absolutely fantastic!
We got a table spontaneously.
The food was very good, with typical dishes that were perfectly prepared by the host.

My favorite meal from an entire week in Italy. Incredible hospitality, innovative takes on Italian classics, and cool vibe. Must go! Felt really personal - our waiter was also the chef and probably the owner. Intimate setting and really unique.

We had a truly delicious meal here last night. Lovely atmosphere, friendly owner, and very tasty food. I highly recommend the parmigiana and the lemon curd tart with berries. Truly heavenly!!! Make sure to book in advance, as seating is very limited. Which is part of its charm.

Discovered it by chance while strolling through Salò. Not just an impeccable dinner, but a true experience. I was truly speechless, both by the location and, even more, by the owner's passion for what he does: hospitality, cooking, and dining. He's the only one there, and he does everything with extraordinary skill and elegance. The kitchen is open to the dining room. Excellent ingredients are expertly crafted. An incredible experience that I absolutely recommend. Five stars aren't enough!!!

Outstanding food
Huge respect to the owner, who cooks and handles the service all on his own.
Nevertheless, he doesn't seem stressed at all, is very friendly, and you can "taste" he loves his job.

¡Una de las mejores comidas que he tenido! Una experiencia realmente única en un restaurante dirigido por un hombre muy talentoso. Hay mesas limitadas, sin embargo, está fuera de los caminos trillados, así que no tuvimos problemas para sentarnos.
Tuvimos un vino tinto, la fassona de ternera y la interpretación de los chefs de desiertos específicos. Eran geniales, mejores que muchas experiencias con estrellas Michelin en el Reino Unido.
