This restaurant in the heart of Trieste is a must-try: The first thing that catches your eye is the ambiance: the location is truly unique, meticulously maintained, and has a sophisticated atmosphere that blends historic style with a modern, bold touch. We sampled both seafood and meat dishes and were very satisfied. The spaghetti alla busara is flavorful, rich, and cooked according to tradition. Moving on to the meat, you can taste the quality of the ingredients, and the cooking was impeccable, juicy, and beautifully presented. The staff is knowledgeable and very courteous. Despite the restaurant being often busy and lively, the service is attentive. In short: you eat well, you drink even better, and you're in a special place.

Nice place to stay quiet street without cars. We did not eat but there is good selection of wines
