Historic trattoria near Canale, typical Piedmontese cuisine. Very professional staff, we opted for the tasting menu with three appetizers, a first tajarin with ragù, second veal scallops all Arneis and finally white bonet. All excellently cooked, normal portions. Price very honest. There is private parking outside.

Great place! Fresh pasta was one of (if not the) best I ever had. Down to earth place with only locals and a large offering of local wines. Will certainly come back and definitely recommend. Francesca was super friendly and kind!

The food is good, just the way I like it, as I have been frequenting restaurants in the Cuneo area from Montà to Garessio for over 46 years.
The only slight flaw, but it is more of a piece of advice, I would say to give those who request it the opportunity to taste all the excellent appetizers and first courses, perhaps creating an additional tasting menu. I will gladly return to "find out more" on the topic of appetizers.

Had lunch today 11 December: Tubi Rigati with ragù, delicious; second course: green scallops with vegetables, truly remarkable, closed with pistachio ice cream, excellent! service: very fast and nice waitress; One of the best coffees ever found. Honest price and welcoming environment.

Con degli amici sono stata invitata a cena in questo ristorante.Il posto è semplice ma molto carino.Il personale è cortese, veloce, preparato.Qui si possono mangiare piatti della tradizione piemontese veramente buoni. Da segnalare in modo particolare gli agnolotti fatti da loro, le scaloppine con gli champignons, il gelato sempre di produzione propria.Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, importante prenotare prima.Consigliato.
