What makes this ice cream shop special is its artisanal nature. In addition to ice cream, it specializes in the production of products such as biscuits, semifreddos, cakes and panettone. This shows the passion and commitment that the staff puts into creating sweet treats for their customers. During our visit, we had the opportunity to sample several flavors of ice cream. The peach was fresh and fruity, the salted caramel was a surprising combination of sweetness and tanginess, the coconut stracciatella was an exotic delight and the fior d'estate, a combination of fior di latte and mint leaves, was extremely refreshing. All flavors were expertly poured and tasted great. The ice cream shop staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Despite the limited space inside the restaurant, there are two outdoor tables that allow customers to enjoy their ice cream calmly, enjoying the lively atmosphere of the square.
