The atmosphere and pizza were good. Parking was available, close to the restaurant. The only flaw was that the cheese and chili peppers for the pasta and pizza were not brought to the table.

Comfortable and quiet place, friendly and attentive staff. We asked for both the restaurant and the pizzeria, both excellent, tasty dishes, good chef and excellent pizza maker. Parking is easy, good value for money, considering the fish dishes. Thank you, Rosario, the owner, who spontaneously conveys the idea of a person who loves his job. See you soon.

Driving past it on the street, you wouldn't believe such a fantastic restaurant exists. We had a wonderful evening here, with the best meal we've had in ages! All the courses were exceptionally delicious and beautifully presented. The service was exemplary, and the prices were very reasonable. I'm a chef myself and have worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. I wouldn't give Canonici any Michelin stars, because they're not good enough! We will definitely be back. The owner is a discreet but always attentive presence, capable of making every customer feel at home with great professionalism and courtesy. The dining room staff is equally impeccable: kind, knowledgeable and always available, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine deserves a special mention: well-prepared dishes, balanced flavors and high-quality raw materials. You can clearly perceive the passion and desire to grow which have led to an important evolution over time, making each visit an ever new and pleasant experience. Last night I took a table with 4 other people. Each of us ordered different things: some pizza, some meat, some fish, some a simple focaccia, some fried food... we also asked for everything to be served at the same time, without too much hope that this would happen. In short: The place was full; One of us is celiac; Everyone has, precisely, ordered different things... What happened was surprising: everything was served together, and I think this is enough to describe the high level of training of all the staff. The food was excellent, both in terms of taste and quality, and the place is undoubtedly among my favorite places. They are very good! In everything! I can't wait to visit you again.

I Canonici: where the venue, food and staff combine in a perfect trio, too harmonious to limit yourself to going just once. It will be easy to become regular customers, because you will feel indebted to a warm experience that seems to exist only in the premises in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan. Yet, we are in Catanzaro. Yet, the Canons truly border on the most sublime and marked canons typical of high quality and the most renowned professionalism. Again, congratulations. More than 5 stars, you deserve an entire Galaxy.

Sono stata a pranzo con i miei colleghi, locale ben curato e proprietario disponibilissimo in tutte le nostre richieste, con menu che spaziavano prevalentemente dal pesce, cucinato proprio bene, tra questi un ottima frittura di calamari e gamberi, ma anche chi ha scelto il menù di carne è rimasto soddisfatto, il cameriere professionale , ringrazio ancora Rosario per la disponibilità.. Tornerò sicuramente presto Lo consiglio vivamente
