In a restaurant of this caliber, food quality is paramount, but it's the human factor that truly makes the difference. Here, hospitality isn't just courtesy; it's true mastery.
The dining room staff proved to be extraordinarily well-prepared: a profound expertise that translates into precious, never banal advice, capable of guiding guests toward pairings that enhance each individual course. It's rare to find such an ability to read a guest's desires and guide them with such gentle and expert authority.
The cuisine is a hymn to the sea:
The raw seafood is touchingly fresh: red prawns and sweet scampi served on ice, followed by a tartare and a carpaccio that are small masterpieces of balance.
The risotto is executed with meticulous technique, creamy and savory, enriched with raw shellfish that enhance its texture.
The attention to detail is evident right from the bread: artisanal taralli and a fragrant tomato focaccia that, combined with the excellent olive oil served at the table, pave the way for an unforgettable meal.
The sweet finish with the millefeuille is ethereal, a cloud of crunch and cream that leaves the palate clean and satisfied.
Everything is excellent, in fact excellent. A place where the Michelin Guide is confirmed not only by the dishes, but by the top-notch service that truly knows how to advise and pamper the customer. I will definitely return.

Context: After a 13-hour exhausting journey following a long day at work, as soon as we dropped off our bags at the hotel, we looked for a place to have dinner, without even changing our clothes.
The waitress was extremely professional despite our appearance and the fact that we had our dog with us.
The place is beautiful, well-kept, and clean. The soft lighting and lounge music make the place relaxing, welcoming, and cozy.
It was a wonderful discovery: I don't remember ever having eaten better. The fried fish accompanied by the chef's homemade peach jam is extraordinarily delicious. It's a shame we're only passing through and won't be able to return anytime soon.

Wonderful Sunday lunch.
I chose the chef's tasting menu. Refined dishes, sophisticated yet well-balanced pairings, all featuring typical seasonal products, from pumpkin to cardonecello mushrooms. Honorable mention goes to the slow-cooked cuttlefish and their homemade panettone. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, yet discreet. Plus, a truly fantastic wine cellar. I hope to return soon.

An extraordinary tasting menu for €45. Excellent dishes and generous portions for a complete menu. Slow Food Snail and AIC 2025 certification for gluten-free options. Highly recommended!

High prices but not enough fish.
I tried this restaurant alternating it with a day at the beach. There's not much fish on the menu if you opt for the tasting menu; the dishes aren't bad, but they're not as excellent as you might expect from a gourmet restaurant. The portions are definitely adequate, so you won't leave feeling hungry. The service was good, the wait was short, and the waitress was professional. The value for money wasn't great.
