01/08/2024: Great pizza at a good price, they have the option of eating there and taking it with you. The prices are very cheap and they have a wide variety of pizzas. The service was fast and attentive, one girl spoke Spanish and was very friendly. Without a doubt highly recommended.

29/07/2024: I came in for lunch and had a margherita pizza. I will say that the prices are fair and the portion size is generous, but unfortunately the pizza is not really up to standard. Margherita pizza requires three elements, emblematic of the Italian flag: good tomato sauce (perhaps including fresh tomatoes), fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil. My pizza had sliced beefsteak style tomatoes, block cheese, a single leaf of basil, and was topped after cooking with cold, small balls of mozzarella. It was nowhere near what a margherita pizza should be; the tomatoes were flavorless, hardly ripe, and the pizza would have been better off without the cold mozzarella. The dough had its problems too, but these are minor compared to the basic issues already mentioned. It was cooked all the way through, at least, even if the crust was a little burnt here and there at the edges. There are better options in the Kapana district. As far as I can tell, Plovdiv does not yet have a good, Naples-style pizzeria.
