As the name suggests, this bar serves cocktails featuring Campari, the iconic Italian amaro. While the seating is quite pricey, if you grab the right spot, you'll be rewarded with a stunning view. I was assigned a seat with a direct view of the Duomo, and enjoyed a leisurely Italian Greyhound. It felt like a more Italian take on the classic Greyhound. The Campari paired well with it. Still, it was pricey.

The service here is friendly, attentive, and punctual. Sachertorte straight from Vienna, served with a savory appetizer: everything excellent, and the price is right.

I was the first group to wait for the staff to go upstairs and have a drink, but they didn't seem to care about us and called out to two groups of customers behind me, so we went upstairs ourselves. Some of the staff were rude, except for the skinny bald guy and the woman with short black hair who were mixing drinks at the bar, who were friendly and provided excellent service.

18/12/2025: Lunch break at Poss di Cesare! I tried a first course I hadn't remembered in a while, fusilli with cod ragù, really well done! I recommend it to complement a delicious Picanha with baked potatoes.
