Found by chance. Excellent pasta with ragù. The sautéed chicory is also good. Excellent service, yet friendly and approachable. Average bistro prices. Quality wines.

Elegant atmosphere. Excellent hospitality. I was the guest of two American friends, and I inappropriately showed up with my 5-year-old Labrador and a 4-month-old female Labrador. They welcomed me with great tact and kindness. I knew the dogs wouldn't bother me. I risked ruining a brotherly friendship. Excellent lunch in great company. My American brother! Impeccable service. I'll return without bothering the dogs. Thank you very much.

We visited this Italian restaurant in Bologna after reading several very positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite live up to the hype. The food was okay—nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. The service was good and the staff were polite and attentive. What really surprised us, however, were the portion sizes. They were extremely small considering the prices, which made the overall value disappointing. Given the reputation and cost, we expected much more.

We visited Caminetto d'Oro and were truly thrilled. We ordered tagliatelle with ragù and boiled meat: both dishes were simply exceptional. The tagliatelle were handmade, thinly rolled, and served with a rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced ragù. The boiled meat, tender and flavorful, was a real surprise: pure Bolognese tradition. The service was also impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable. A place where quality and hospitality truly shine. Highly recommended!

Above all else, I'd like to highlight the kindness of the service. Patient, flexible, and available even if the customer makes a mess of things. Truly lovely. The food and wine are excellent, but that's a given.

Top-notch Bolognese cuisine: soft crescentine, spectacular cured meats, excellent meats, and a truly amazing mortadella crostini. Spacious restaurant, convenient parking, and incredibly friendly staff. Definitely worth returning!
