Δείπνο πρώτο βράδυ στη Μπολόνια 21/6/24 και συστημένος ήρθα σε αυτή την κεντρική αλλά όχι τουριστική τρατορία. Ότι φάγαμε ήταν ωραίο.

Ein Zufall führte uns ins Caminetto: Nach einer Besichtigung der Altstadt schuten wir uns nach einem Lokal um und fanden es in einer Seitenstraße. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und zu einem Tisch gebracht. Entsprechend der Speisekarte bestellten wir. Der Kellner war dabei mit seinen Empfehlungen sehr behilflich, sowohl bei Speisen wie auch bei der Weinauswahl. Nach einem gemischten Vorspeisenteller wählten wir Pastagerichte. Sie waren vorzüglich. Der Preis von etwa 150,- € (inkl. Trinkgeld) war angesichts der Qualität des Essens wie auch der Qualität des Personals durchaus gerechtfertigt.

Good restaurant in the center of Bologna. Reservation required. Excellent service and refined dishes. The starters and some first courses are a bit small in quantity. Conversely, tagliatelle with ragù or wild boar are abundant. The wine is excellent. Prices in the high range.

What can I say? Central but not touristy restaurant. We eat very well. I'm sorry to only have a photo of the ravioli but I recommend both the appetizers (I paired the cured meats with friggione even if it's a side dish because it's delicious) and the meat. The maturation is taken care of by them. The price is adequate for the quantity, quality and service offered. The tagliatelle and pappardelle with wild boar are excellent.
