40 minutes for the first course in a restaurant with half capacity is excessive and unjustified. The white polenta and baby octopus were below expectations. The "slow" white polenta was almost diluted with flavorful and definitely fresh baby octopus. The tajine was completely inadequate (few eggs), with melted raspadura, and too much cooking water, making the whole thing disappointing. The cutlet was moist and lacking in crispiness. The glazed suckling pig, however, was superb. Overall, insufficient.

A delightful place just outside the Fabrica al Vapore exhibition. Warm atmosphere, well-kept and clean, friendly, thoughtful, and attentive staff. The food is well-balanced, and each dish stands out for its flavor and balance. Try the tagliatelle alla Mantovana, with porcini mushrooms, and the superb ossobuco alla Milanese with polenta. Super fair price for the quality. Bravo, bravo!

A fantastic experience! Caminetti del Sempione is one of the most unique places in Milan: a warm atmosphere, thoughtful decor, and the famous fireplaces above the tables make everything truly unique. Cooking at your table is fun and turns dinner into a special experience. Excellent food: from super-flavorful first courses to high-quality meat dishes (the maccheroncini in parmesan cheese is a must-try!). Friendly, fast, and always available service. Prices are in line with the quality and unique experience they offer. Bottom line: highly recommended! One of my favorite places in Milan.

Welcoming place and friendly staff. The food is good, and the crispy Roman artichokes with pecorino fondue are excellent. The Fassona tagliata with porcini mushrooms is a bit tough but still manageable. The fresh baked sea bass with porcini mushrooms is good, but I don't understand why it's only half fish...and the other half? The prices are a bit high, but if you want to dine well at Procaccini...this is it.

Fantastic experience, we couldn't find any flaws. My boyfriend and I usually go out for dinner, and this place has won us over. The food was delicious; we were thrilled with every bite, and I'm not exaggerating! You can taste the quality in every dish, from the starters to the desserts. We also really appreciated the service: fast, efficient, and friendly! And the welcome, with the complimentary prosecco, the bruschetta, and even the fact that we didn't have to ask for bread after we finished it—it arrived immediately—wow! So many little touches that make everything even more enjoyable. And as for the price, there's nothing to complain about, considering the quality of the food, it's very fair! We'll definitely be back!

What a lovely surprise! Caminetti del Sempione is a restaurant where you can experience true Italian hospitality. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are extremely friendly, and the dishes are truly delicious. Kudos to the entire staff—an experience worth repeating!

25/01/2026: I've been in Milan for many years, but I'd never been there. I spent my birthday night here and had a wonderful time. Beyond the delicious food, Tano is a person of rare competence, intelligence, and empathy (I've never seen such enthusiasm in haute cuisine contexts). I could have stayed talking to him for hours! Dining at Tano's isn't just a simple dinner, but a true experience. It's a journey of emotions, where all five senses are engaged and stimulated in surprising ways. Every detail is meticulously crafted, every dish tells a story and conveys something unique. The cuisine is pure magic: every course amazes, excites, and captivates. Just when you think you've tasted the best dish, the next one arrives and manages to surpass it. Balanced flavors, sophisticated pairings, and a presentation that makes each dish even more special. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service attentive and sincere, making you feel pampered from start to finish.
