We stopped on the way back from Casentino, a pleasant surprise, the Schiacciata is really good and so are the cured meats and pecorino, kind hosts.

This year I returned to Carletti in the "new" location in via dei Gonzaga and I had a great time. I had breakfast three times and the coffee is very good and the croissant excellent! After an initial period of adjustment, Carletti has returned to being one of my favorite bars.

Historic place that offers typical local products... the schiacciata obviously, delicious in all sauces. The staff is friendly and helpful …. To stop every time, if not to eat something on the spot to take home
