Saturday evening. I went there with my wife before going to the theater. It was a pleasant immersion in a youthful and welcoming atmosphere, chaotic and stimulating. We dined on a platter of cured meats and tigelle, balanced appetizers, and good local wine. The wait staff were very kind, and we never had to wait long, even though the place was really busy. I'd say that to be sure of a good table, it's almost mandatory to book.

25/09/2025: My wife and I enjoyed an early dinner after all day travel from Phoenix, starting a nice bottle of Bologna Rossa then dinner of tagliatelli with wild boar ragu. We ate inside...a very comfy restaurant/bar location and had the place to ourselves until another table arrived after 7 pm. Service was attentive. Good choice.
18/09/2025: One thing I wouldn't change about my trip in Bologna is our dinner at Vinoteca. Excellent food, paired with amazing wine that the staff recommended. I will definitely visit again when I return in Bologna!
