While visiting Donnafugata Castle, we stopped here, drawn by the smell of grilling.
I'm celiac, and the waiters reassured me that they are very attentive: they only grill the meat (not the bread), and the French fries are the only thing fried in oil. Unfortunately, they didn't have gluten-free bread, but they were still very knowledgeable and attentive.
The location is fantastic; almost the entire outdoor area is covered by a beautiful tree, which provides shade and cools the air even during lunch.
Highly recommended if you're visiting the castle!

We went to this restaurant and had a wonderful meal!
The ravioli were superb, with a delicate and flavorful filling, mouth-watering. The gnocchi were amazing, soft, and with a dreamy sauce.
The meat was also truly delicious: tender, perfectly cooked, and of excellent quality.
Special praise to the waiter, who was extremely kind and friendly.
We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

I rate this place highly. The service and atmosphere are commendable.
The menu is simple and limited to a few items, which is a big plus. The downside is that some items are unavailable. We ate there twice, and the same thing happened both times. I recommend the fantastic gnocchi.
They serve grilled dishes for a second course, so there's something for everyone.

Abbiamo pranzato in questa trattoria, menu con pochi piatti ma fatti bene.
Il personale è molto simpatico e soprattutto spiegano bene i piatti, tutto uno ad uno.
Noi abbiamo preso gli gnocchi con ragù e fondina di caciocavallo ragusano e costolette di agnello con verdure.
Vino acqua caffè e amari, abbiamo speso 60 euro ma siamo usciti strapieni.
Servizio gentile e cortese. Lo straconsiglio.
Il cuoco è un ragazzo di origine avellinese che cucina in maniera eccelsa.
