Rare case where I can say that 5 stars are not enough. Small place, and the few seats and the menu with few seats certainly help the care and quality, very right choices. Everything is taken care of and nothing is banal: there is evident work behind every preparation. Changing menu, with spectacular ideas. If I understand correctly, there is a really young chef, and it is impressive to think how much room for growth he can have with experience, if he already has this ability to work and present. Even the fish fry, which is supposed to be basic, is one of a kind. The guys are very good, all young and you can see the passion. Don't change, because it is one of the most remarkable places where I can say I have brought friends with the enthusiasm of making an unexpected discovery. Prices: it is not a budget place, but the quality and the work must be paid fairly, much more than many places where you overpay for the coat of arms and little else. You could pay 35-40 euros each, and you would do it without second thoughts and happy to come back again. That would be seven stars, we have to stop at five. Absolutely worth trying! Amazing experience! The restaurant has an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The menu is studied down to the smallest detail, with creative dishes and high quality ingredients. The wine selection is excellent and the cocktails are refined and well balanced. The staff is attentive, professional and always available to recommend the best food-wine pairing. A true gem not to be missed! I will definitely come back.
