Parola d’ordine “qualità”. Callimaco è una nicchia di perfezione, dove la materia prima viene esaltata fino alla creazione di piatti deliziosi e mai banali. Perfetto per gli aperitivi e per il dopocena, e’ un angolo di paradiso nell’eterna Roma. Callimaco è una garanzia.

Excellent place in the heart of the Esquiline. Perfect for a quiet breakfast or for a lunch with express dishes or fresh stuffed pizzas. We also went one evening for an intimate aperitif with a good choice of wines and some tasty things to eat.

Friendly and friendly staff! The perfect place to have an aperitif on the Esquiline. Excellent wine that goes very well with their pinse :)

24/02/2025: Great selection of treats, very kind bartender, top tier music, and nice athmosphere. Only "gripe" is during the off season it seems they close quite early (earlier than posted) so I have not been able to stop by for a chat and drinks post dinner so far

09/03/2025: Excellent restaurant, beautiful Roman evening. The food is excellent, the menu is complete and plentiful. The evening was too fun, we sang, we drank and we ate very well.
28/01/2025: FABULOUS COMMUNION We celebrated our son's communion on April 23rd, with friends and relatives, fabulous place, excellent cuisine, our guests did nothing but say how good all the dishes were. The staff is very kind and super prepared, especially the waiter Aleander. The cake they made was delicious. Enrico and Simone, the very kind owners, took care of every detail. I highly recommend.
