A crazy, magical place, which alone is worth the trip. We were welcomed by Stefania as if she had always known us. We had lunch inside, a beautiful environment with attention to the smallest details so much so that it felt like being at the home of old friends. Spectacular dishes with a unique flavor that I will hardly forget. It was the first time but I'm sure it won't be the last.

What a fantastic place! Beautiful view, delicious food and hospitable service. In addition, my gluten intolerance was taken into account. We ate among the Italians and dogs. What does a man want more.

Place for 10! We arrived there for lunch by chance, but it was a wonderful discovery. Very good food and welcoming place, excellent service. There aren't many seats so it's a very private and pleasant place! I recommend the very abundant and delicious calaferne starter.

Unique place in the hinterland of the Pisan/Sienese hills where the "Tuscanness" of the past is still authentic. Fabulous location inside a stone farmhouse with typical elements of refined Tuscan rustic furniture. We had dinner outside in what was perhaps once the farmyard. The road to get there is asphalted, but not lit and passable with any motorbike which can be parked right in front. Reservations are mandatory because the number of tables is deliberately limited (thank goodness!) and it is only open on weekends, I recommend calling the number you find on Google, if they don't answer don't worry because you will be called back. Excellent food both for its genuine quality and for its cooking and presentation. The not very extensive menu features typical local dishes and Tuscan flagships. We ordered two aubergine parmigianas (from the garden) which were truly delicious and not at all heavy and a pork fillet with green pepper accompanied by mini ratatouille which we divided in two and it was so excellent that we were tempted to order another but alas the kitchen it was already closed. To finish, cheesecake with chocolate taping. After the coffee, Mrs. Stefania will delight you with her homemade liqueurs. I recommend the "ficolino" made precisely with figs which is an explosion of sweetness! Average prices.

Good Tuscan food in an idyllic setting, pleasant atmosphere and very good service. Highly recommended.

We went to dinner last night for my husband's birthday, a very nice and welcoming place, kind of like a farmhouse, unfortunately due to the cold we couldn't use the garden but it was still beautiful, well-kept, full of flowers. Inside, the restaurant appears very well looked after, warm and with a familiar atmosphere, the food is delicious, you can feel that whoever cooks it puts a lot of love into what they do. Thanks for the cake with the candle, you were very kind. I recommend stopping at least once for anyone to have lunch or dinner.

Surrounded by lush viridian mountains, a Tuscan niche of home cooked food is served with natural grace and happiness. We savoured genuine flavours of wild boar and hand made pasta, wild hare and pappardelle, chianina beef tagliata with rocket and parmiagiana. Relaxing in a sun drenched day our appetites were aroused with antipasto, a melodic delight of crostini, cheese with honey, salumi, tripe and other surprises that danced on our palette like foreplay to a most satisfying meal. Completed with desserts and coffee. Highly recommend this adventure into a sensory wonder of genuine culinary finery at a very reasonable price.

bellissimo casale ben ristrutturato, possibilità di pranzare all'aperto con una bellissima vista sulle colline toscane. ottimo il servizio e piatti veramente buoni e di ottima qualità.

Ogni volta che dalla non vicinissima Lucca capitiamo in zona, torniamo a gustarci le delizie di Stefania & C., e ne usciamo sempre molto soddisfatti. Niente fronzoli né presentazioni abbacinanti, ma grandi materie prime ed una cucina che parte da solidissima tradizione rielaborandola qua e là con grande gusto e sapienza. Non c'è altro posto in cui mi sarei azzardato a provare una carbonara - per me icona intoccabile - al tartufo; qui mi sono fidato ed è stata fiducia benissimo riposta visto l'equilibrio ed il gusto raggiunti nel piatto. E così anche per i miei familiari, dall'antipasto fino ai veracissimi ammazzacaffè autoprodotti. Prezzi sì e no appena medi per qualità ben oltre la media e di grande sostanza, con la consueta affabilità della padrona di casa. Ancora una volta complimenti, e ancora una volta arrivederci alla prossima.
