Questa piccola e accogliente osteria meriterebbe segnalazioni assai più autorevoli della mia (Slowfood, Gambero Rosso, ci siete ancora?). Cucina del territorio e nel territorio (un angolo bellissimo e poco conosciuto della Val di Cecina), da gustare con la lentezza necessaria per apprezzare l'abilità e l'accuratezza impiegate per portare in tavola il buonissimo risultato finale. A mio avviso - visto anche il servizio e il conto - è il migliore della zona.

We had lunch inside, a beautiful environment with attention to the smallest details so much so that it felt like being at the home of old friends. Spectacular dishes with a unique flavor that I will hardly forget. It was the first time but I'm sure it won't be the last.

What a fantastic place! Beautiful view, delicious food and hospitable service. In addition, my gluten intolerance was taken into account. We ate among the Italians and dogs. What more could a person want?
