Cala Gavitella Beach Club In Praiano

A splendid place! Reachable either by sea or by stairs, in both cases it is a spectacle of nature! Sea and mountains that blend perfectly. I spent a very relaxing day there. I had a wonderful lunch there based on fish, the dishes are simple but with excellent raw materials and tasty combinations. I recommend it!

This place was absolutely stunning. We stopped here for lunch on our cruise and instantly we noticed the mesmerising views overlooking clear water and mountains. I was happily surprised they had a vegan menu which has been a struggle in the Amalfi for me. We had the the pasta with vegetables, the vegan burger and the ravioli (which was vegetarian). The service was decent as well. Some of the best food I ate in Amalfi!

My daughter and I booked a cooking class at La Gavitella on our family vacation. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. Our Chef Giuseppe was knowledgeable, patient and fun. His assistants, Vanessa and Julia were attentive to details and made sure that out experience was well preserved in pictures that they shared with us. We learned cooking skills, but also we had an unforgettable experience. Needless to say that the restaurant has fabulous food and drink menu. We highly recommend La Gavitella as a marvelous restaurant and the best cooking class. Also, if you want to experience true Italian hospitality and friendliness, visit this restaurant. The vibe is great.

We came here for a booked cooking class through Get Your Guide. It was the best day!! From the pick up in the boat, to the staff and the cooking class, to the sun beds in the afternoon, it was better than we expected. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and made the day memorable. We loved the cooking and the chef was great and helpful. Flowing champagne for the morning. Then we spent 4 hours on sun beds and swimming in the ideal location. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!!
