Il Sorpasso

02/05/2026: We had a truly wonderful meal: the quality of the food was high and it showed in every dish. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive throughout the meal. Special thanks to the owner, who even gave us a gift of Sicilian cantucci. We'll definitely be back!
25/04/2026: We spent two days in the beautiful city of Ferrara, but only this evening did we stumble upon the SORPASSO restaurant. We know a lot about food, and I speak good Italian. 😁 WE found a truly excellent place. The staff are knowledgeable about everything; from the welcome, to the courtesy, to the cuisine. BRAVO BRAVI After two days of eating around, asking for chili peppers and they brought me paprika, here at Sorpasso the chili peppers arrived. 🥰
