Caffetteria & Pasticceria Viganò In Monza

Since we live nearby, we've gone for breakfast several times. The atmosphere is lovely, both inside and outside, where there's a small, welcoming terrace. The selection of products is varied, and there are many unique, colorful, and delicious pastries. The service definitely needs improvement. On the few occasions I've been there, I've been deliberately passed by a regular customer, whom the counter girl called by name... I felt a bit like, "I don't know you, you're less valuable." I find this attitude completely wrong, and honestly, I don't feel like returning for this reason. It would benefit from service with a number and the same respect for everyone, not just the most loyal... With this detail improved, it becomes a lovely, welcoming place from every perspective.

I found one of the best brioches I've ever eaten, Fiocco with pistachio cream and raspberries. The prices are slightly above average, but the quality and service are absolutely worth it.

What can I say...a wonderful delight for the eyes, super good coffee and brioche!!!

I decided to try this pastry shop after seeing an Instagram reel showing some truly spectacular French croissants. I arrived on a Saturday morning, around 9:15, and there was very little choice, despite the time. We opted for a salmon croissant, a cream croissant, and a jam croissant. They were good, but not what I expected. The salmon croissant, however, was truly meager, with perhaps just one slice of smoked salmon inside. And paying 7 euros for it was way too much. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos to prove it. If I'd known I'd have to write a review, I would have documented everything.

Excellent bakery, both for the products and the staff. The lady was very kind, gave me a discount on one product, and refunded me part of the amount of the incorrect receipt, acknowledging the mistake. Thank you 🙏

The brioche are excellent You must try it!

I'm sad to note, after reading the other reviews, that we're not the only ones who've noticed the staff isn't at all friendly, and doesn't even respond to customers' "thank you." The barista seems almost annoyed by the order, doesn't remember what she was asked for, and seems disturbed by the customers' presence. It's a shame because the products are good, the variety is incredible, and it's clear the ingredients are top-quality.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best pastry shop in Monza, hands down. It's now become our favorite breakfast bar, and we couldn't do without it. Every time we come in here, it's like a trip straight to Paris. Beppe's brioche 🥐 was the first thing I asked for after giving birth. And that says it all! The brioches are an absolute spectacle: a divine pastry, perfectly buttery, fragrant, light, and perfect. You can really taste the butter, and it's an amazing sensation that's rarely found. The fillings are always generous, delicious, and of the highest quality. A brioche like this isn't just a breakfast: it's an experience. The service is impeccable, and the staff is simply excellent. Iris and Janet are the absolute best: professional, cheerful, attentive, and always smiling. The owners are the true soul of the place: extremely kind, friendly, and you can clearly feel they work with heart, pouring passion into every detail. A place that never disappoints, where quality, hospitality, and passion for their work come together. Highly recommended... in fact, unmissable.

After seeing a video about this place and its brioches, I purposely decided to go there on a Saturday. Arriving at 10:30, what I found was exactly what you see in the photo. Practically nothing, there was nothing left to choose from, the only brioche was the one in the photo. The brioche tasted like pure butter, and I didn't eat anything else all day because it was so heavy and difficult to digest until the evening. Maybe other brioches would be good, if I could find them 😅, but not that one. I don't recommend purposely going there from far away like me... but if you're close by and go very early, it might be worth it. P.S. Kudos to you for the terrible response. Out of over 320 reviews, which are always honest and based on my personal tastes (like all reviews written by all customers), it's the first rude and impolite response. Now I really don't recommend coming here 👏
