Caffetteria Galliera In Bologna

Very friendly service. The card reader was broken, but the staff was very helpful in providing us with information. We had a great breakfast here.

Very friendly staff, close to the center of Bologna

The staff is incredibly friendly and the pastries are EXCELLENT! The soy cappuccino and the cream-filled conchiglia are especially good. Well done!

Very nice service and delicious coffee

I had about an hour and a half before my train and was looking for a spot to relax, read a little, chat with a friend, and grab a quick bite. Cafeteria Galliera was perfect for that. It’s close to Bologna Centrale, which makes it super convenient for a pre-train stop. I ordered a cappuccino and a prosciutto sandwich, along with a pastry (not pictured), and everything was fresh and satisfying. The prices were amazing—especially by Canadian standards. It felt like such good value for what I got. The staff were friendly, and the service was fast, which I really appreciated with limited time. I sat at one of the outdoor tables, which were shaded and caught a nice breeze—perfect for unwinding without the heat getting in the way. Overall, it was a great little café experience. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever passing through Bologna again.

Nice cafe to have cappuccino with pastries

Nice local spot for breakfast. They have a wide variety of pastry and sandwiches. The service is also great. Staff is smiling and friendly. We went there twice morning in a row as its across the street from our BnB.

The pastries were quite good, the bathroom was very dirty and the dishes (cup and spoons) had stains... they didn't give us water with the coffee. It gave me a general impression of being a bit neglected. Low/average prices
