The products are of excellent quality, with a very good value for money given the location in one of the central streets. Efficient, kind and polite staff, absolutely recommended.

I tried the strawberry ice cream here and am very impressed with the taste. This is what Italian ice cream should taste like!! Otherwise, the store has a great atmosphere and the employees are very nice and chatty.

Super tasty ice cream and extremely nice service. Above all, a huge portion of ice cream in a brioche for only €3.50 each. The store is right on the shopping street, but you can still sit outside. :)

Excellent cannoli and lemon granita. Prices higher than average, but being in the centre, it's okay 😉 I advise the owner to review the bathroom, very small, dirty and not very accessible.

I am a local tour guide and I choose the places to take my clients based on quality and service... I already knew that Ruvolo was synonymous with quality and I am happy that it opened to the 4 canti and carefully chose its staff for an always crowded location. Even when I enter with a group of tourists, the staff at the counter made up of a girl and two boys don't get confused and always respond to my customers' needs cordially with speed and patience. The tables outside are always clean too! Really good!!

En un soleado día de octubre este es el lugar para tomar una mañana de Granita. Tuvimos con pistacho y estuvo muy bueno. Buen lugar para relajarse después de pasear por la ciudad. Servicio rápido de café y té.

03/01/2025: If you want to be a restaurateur, learn how to do it first. At a table of three you cannot afford to serve customer 1 after half an hour, customer two for 45 minutes and after about an hour the third. No, it is not permissible. I do not recommend the place to anyone if there is more than one of you, the food is good

He was really nice and attentive throughout the service, making my experience unique and pleasant. If you are looking for a place to eat well and feel welcomed at home, this is the perfect place. I highly recommend coming to eat here: you will have a great time! Thank you again, Manuel, for making my visit so special. I will definitely be back!
