Caffè Zinelli In Parma

We had dinner at Bistro Zinelli and it was a fantastic experience. The environment is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a peaceful evening. The agnolini in broth were simply exceptional, as were all the local dishes, prepared with care and quality ingredients. The venue also organizes themed evenings that are truly worth experiencing. A place to definitely return, for great food and pleasant atmosphere!

Nice discovery in Parma, the platter with the fried pie was much appreciated, the fresh pasta from the Parma tradition was excellent, attentive and courteous service, good variety of wine list, also served by the glass. The menu includes meat and fish options. Good value for money.

I was a guest in this really nice bistro. Impeccable service. Simple but welcoming atmosphere. I thought the food was really great! Good choice of typical dishes. The staff were able to adapt their dishes to our food intolerances. Attention, courtesy and professionalism.

At first the mix between bar and bistro leaves some doubts, but then the kindness and quality of the products brings everything back to a higher level. We found a good wine list and preparations which gave us an excellent lunch at a fair price. The tagliatelle with meat sauce and the beef sirloin were very good, the fried gnocco was perfect, without a trace of grease and the cured meats on the platter were of great quality, such as the 30 month Parmesan.

The pleasure begins when the trio of homemade tortelli, dusted with plenty of parmesan, is served on the table in a large terracotta dish, which retains the heat, enhances the aromas and gives the dish a rustic appearance. The platter of cured meats and parmesan is also excellent, to be enjoyed with the typical fried pie. My sensorial experience of the city begins with this typical bistro, set like a small precious gem between the central Strada della Repubblica and the Church of S. Sepolcro. Attention to detail, generous portions, honest prices, courteous and fast service despite the late hour. If I have good memories of Parma, it will also be thanks to this place.😍 For the Ralph prawn, even plumper after this delicious lunch, it's 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
