(menu price during the week for lunch 14 euros per person) My wife and I sat down near the wood-burning fireplace and chose from the day's menu a cheese risotto, two tripe and beans and two bergamot creams of truly sublime delicacy and refinement. The kind and service-minded owners made us feel at home. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch and dinner are available upon reservation and à la carte. A restaurant we highly recommend! Visito questo ristorante per la seconda volta in pochi mesi e posso garantire che il titolo dato a questa recensione è perfettamente motivato. Il locale apparentemente è una classica osteria di paese, proprio sulla strada che attraversa l’abitato. La saletta è normale, in linea con ciò che ti aspetteresti dal locale. Ma già alla lettura del menu o della carta dei vini cominci a realizzare che sei capitato in un luogo speciale. Poi arrivano le cose che hai ordinato, perfettamente impiattate e soprattutto buonissime, curatissime, con la certosina ricerca degli ingredienti, cucinati con cura estrema. Ripeto una Meraviglia, per gli occhi e il palato. Prezzi adeguati al contesto, ma molto onesti rapportati alla qualità. Da non perdere.
