A beautiful, traditional café overlooking the Basilica of San Frediano. Caffè Santa Zita impresses with high-quality coffee, a fine selection of desserts, and attentive service. Elegantly decorated inside, there's outdoor seating with a wonderful view of the square. Prices are on the higher side, but absolutely fair for the location and quality. Ideal for a relaxing break during a city stroll.

The Bar is the most beautiful and good in Lucca! 😍
It seems to be in an oasis of Paradise in front of the spectacular Basilica of San Frediano from the year 1147 🇮🇹❤️

Bellissima caffetteria storica, in un weekend a Lucca siamo andati più volte a prendere un buon caffè, servito in tazzine di porcellana e cucchiaino in argento. Ci si sente coccolati, il personale è gentile ed accogliente, ci hanno offerto qualche biscottino tipico, molto buoni e particolari gli abbinamenti, mi hanno convinta ad acquistare una confezione di biscottini Miracolo n.3 con sale ed Elicriso, spaziali!

bello.
davvero bello questo locale nel centro storico di Lucca.
e poi la qualità dei prodotti è alta.
inoltre, dal mio punto di vista, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, se non altro rispetto al servizio offerto che - a differenza di quanto ho letto su alcune recensioni - mi è sembrato impeccabile.
ci tornerò sicueramente.
