Caffè Santa Zita In Lucca

A truly enchanting place. I loved it from the first moment. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious and high-quality. If I'm ever in the city again, it will be my favorite place.

A charming place, impeccable service, attentive but never intrusive, and very courteous. The pastries are sublime. A must-try!

Undoubtedly a beautiful place, refined and with friendly, but unfocused, service. It's a shame that virtually no desserts are available from the glorious menu. I'd rather the staff explain what's on offer than make me feel like they won't be satisfied.

A very welcoming place for coffee or brunch. Everything is top-notch, starting with the coffee. I'll be back to try their famous biscotti.

5 stars for the place, it looks amazing, but the issue is that the stuff is so annoyed and they all seem mad that they have clients. I haven't seen a single person smiling...

A unique place recommended by a city resident!

We loved it here so much that we came back for breakfast four days in a row. The "Giunchiglia" croissant is the best pastry I have had in Italy, the staff is friendly and the location is beautiful!

The café's interior features a lovely ambiance, with a pianist playing the piano 🎹, giving the place an upscale feel. The food served is mediocre, the chairs on the terrace are very uncomfortable—and most importantly—the staff aren't smiling at all! I took it with humor and even had to laugh—one waitress reminded me of a stern train conductor—so serious she looked in a terribly old-fashioned uniform :-)) To the owners: you truly have a gem in your hands, but it doesn't shine at the moment, seems uninviting and tired. Be more comfortable and cheerful! Unfortunately, things are too stuffy at your place at the moment! ☹️
