The best caffe experience we've had in Italy. Relaxed, beautiful environment, multiple rooms all decorated artfully for Christmas when we were there. Warm ambiance, jazz music playing, excellent service. And the staff allowed me to play their lovely piano for my family. They could not have been nicer. The cakes were divine, coffee very good, and hot chocolate was the best we had in Italy, not the mass produced stuff you can get in any grom or amorino or café on the corner. I wish we had more time to come back every day!

Lovely, stylish cafe with interesting light refreshments menu. We sat outside to enjoy the last autumn sun, but the inside is beautifully decorated and cozy. I had a special coffee with cream and coconut, served in a martini glass (!) and a delicious hummus sandwich, but everything looked delicious. Service was OK, prices above average but totally worth it.

A small diamond in the center of Lucca. Discovered a year ago while wandering around the center of Lucca. This year we absolutely wanted to return. We stopped for tea and to try some of their cakes. We were so happy that we even returned for breakfast a few days later. Everything excellent. With them you are safe. Stramega recommended.

In my opinion, this café is among the best in Tuscany, whatever you eat here is always delicious and very fresh, the cuisine is more than exceptional and of a high professional level. The cakes and pastries are incredible, and to accompany them there is a wide range of teas and different preparations of coffee, each better than the last. The physical space is beautiful, very harmonious and delicate. To top it all there is the staff: they are all very attentive, friendly and helpful, true professionals and make all customers feel at ease, I recommend the signature coffees that Alessandra prepares, she is a true artist like Batista and her friendliness and attention make everything even better. Congratulations to everyone who is part of this place.
