Caffè Roma In Asiago

Excellent bar in the beautiful center of Asiago. We had a spritz🍸 with chips 🍟 and a sweet hot chocolate ☕️. Excellent table service inside. Friendly staff. Perfect autumn atmosphere.

We often stop for aperitifs or to sip a good beer. I'm taking away a star because of one waitress (the only one, the one with lots of tattoos) who is rude and ill-mannered and should change her job. With her arrogance, she drives away customers and ruins the work of her colleagues, who are all professional and kind. I know it's hard to find staff... but it's better not to have someone like that.

I'm a regular customer and have honestly always felt welcomed with kindness by both the staff and the owners of this café. Reading some of the negative reviews makes me wonder if some patrons are confusing this place with the neighboring café (they used to be the only one in the same building), especially since Caffè Roma doesn't serve cutlets, a detail that should give pause to certain criticisms. I don't want to justify the staff's perhaps hasty or "rude" behavior, but I also don't feel like condemning those who work behind the counter every day, often in hectic situations. Just walking by when the area is overflowing with tourists is enough to understand how difficult it can be to always stay calm when everyone wants to be served immediately (and I'm not just talking about Caffè Roma, but in general). And we customers also play a role: the way we present ourselves can really make a difference. Best wishes to everyone.

I spent five months in Asiago, and my go-to place for a good cocktail and excellent coffee was Caffè Roma. Great prices, delicious toast and brioche, and it's the only one with wines from Novacella Abbey on its list. Excellent service from the always friendly and smiling staff, which isn't a given in the establishments on the plateau.

I discovered this place during my vacation in Asiago, initially drawn to the outdoor tables in the beautiful square. The staff was welcoming, extremely kind, and helpful. The coffee is the best I've had in Asiago, the aperitifs are very well prepared and offer a wide selection, the wine list is extensive and of excellent quality, and there's also the option of delicious snacks. The prices are truly fair.

We're a group of friends who come Almost every weekend and we can't help but stop by for an aperitif and an evening cookout at Caffè Roma (opposite the pharmacy). The owner and staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The place is clean; the toasted sandwiches and sandwiches are excellent! Highly recommended!
