Quiet place, tasted a fantastic bicerin with a superlative homemade vegetable cream. Cesare also offered us a taste of the famous Bonet. That was also super!!!

We stopped by this pastry shop, everything was excellent and Cesare's service was fantastic, he was very kind and knowledgeable.

Nice place at the beginning of Via Po, a stone's throw from Piazza Castello, discovered by chance... Excellent service, young and very kind staff. The food is really good. We tried the fixed menu at €25 and we couldn't finish the dishes, the portions were so generous. Better to choose single dishes. The prices are normal. The quality of the ingredients is good and the dishes are very cute. Advised!

Historic bar-café in the heart of Turin, a few steps from the Teatro Regio and Piazza Castello. Try the famous Bicerin, served with attention and taste: a true local specialty. Pleasant terrace under the arcades of Via Po, perfect for observing city life. Convenient access also from via Verdi, next to the theatre. A corner of Turin tradition and quality, not to be missed.

Sito all'inizio di via Po, quasi a fianco del Teatro Regio (l'uscita posteriore immette su via Verdi proprio a lato della costruzione), vi si accede da un bel frontone d'epoca in legno chiaro. L'interno è diviso in due salette, non grandi, ma il piano superiore accoglie una cinquantina di sedute. Domina il bianco, mentre danno colore montagne di gianduiotti ben disposti di produzione artigianale. Il soffitto a volta, in mattoni, è caratterizzato dai grandi lampadari in stile veneziano. Buoni i dolcetti esposti, tramezzini e toast, ma si preparano anche piatti veri e propri (12/15 €). Personale pronto, accogliente, gentile. Prezzi nella norma (1,50 il caffè, 2,50 il marocchino, 3,50/5 la piccola pasticceria). Servizi puliti e adeguati. Merita una sosta!,

Durante la pausa pranzo in gita organizzata ci siamo fermati in questo caffè per un pranzo veloce ma comodo e caldo (dato il clima torinese). Subito ci ha colpito la gentilezza del personale (prima eravamo stati a chiedere un tavolo nel caffè accanto dove il proprietario è stato veramente scortese) poi ol menù tipico ma ridotto (segno che le portate erano ben rodate e preparate in maniera espressa e, per ultimo ma non meno importante, il conto! Per 2 calici di prosecco, 2 calici di Traminer, mezza naturale, un antipasto, 2 primi, un contorno, un dolce ed un amaro abbiamo speso circa 82 euro in 2, non male per un caffè centrale. Un plauso particolare va al risotto e agli agnolotti che erano veramente ottimi.
