Located in the splendid, wonderful, unique Piazza Galimberti in Cuneo! Beautiful place, with barrel vaults and excellent breakfast service, with attention to the smallest details by the owner Giovanni Parola and his highly trained and impeccable staff in service and courtesy both in the dining room and in the laboratory! Excellent choice of glasses of wine recommended by a very knowledgeable barman! Well done everyone!!! Compliments!!!

I can only review the aperitif, but that is very pleasant and varied. There is also the possibility of replacing the classic Aperol with a local artisan product. Good appetizers. Very kind service. Excellent interlude between work and dinner, in the splendid Piazza Galimberti.

23/08/2024: Between the months of July 2024 and August I have been to this Inn 6 times already despite the distance from the place where I am staying for a short holiday, in fact I will return tomorrow. I noticed a review reviewing the place with phrases that absolutely do not fit what really happens during the normal day that these people do to work, it does what I have seen with the times I have been there, the food is good but I absolutely don't think they skip tables at serve from what I have seen and not even that the food arrives cold, in fact when they arrive with the tray underneath they have tea towels to avoid I think getting burned. Tomorrow I will go back as I said because I have always found it very good.
02/08/2024: Il mangiare ottimo , il risotto al Barolo eccellente come pure la polenta , bravo il cuoco . Sarebbe stato da 5stelle ma il servizio è stato appena sufficiente, forse sarà per il nuovo personale.
