Impeccable service, something that certainly cannot be said for other bars in this area. Had breakfast, everything was excellent. For me one of the best bars in Cuneo. Well done!

Excellent service, courteous and friendly One of the very few bars where there is particular attention to quality coffee: Illy is a guarantee but it is also important to "drain the water between one coffee and another" which I noticed they do regularly and prices are normal which is greatly appreciated Purging is essential for good coffee! Nothing was missing, even a sip of water and excellent pastries We had practically never gone....well done!!! You have acquired new customers!!!!!

10/09/2025: A quick business lunch... But what's better than eating in Piazza Michele Ferrero in Alba, on a sunny, not-so-hot day, and enjoying restaurant-style food? Nothing better... For everything else...lock us up in the supermarkets!!!
03/09/2025: We wanted a night in the apartment with some local food with local wine, and didn’t want a restaurant night out. This place was perfect. We bought a selection of prepared items to take home, which were delicious. They have a large selection of perfectly prepared dishes you can choose from, charged per kilo. You can have a restaurant quality meal for way less $$. We bought a beautiful barbaresco from another great shop nearby (although they have a good selection here). This is a great place, filling a niche. If you are in Alba and like us want to eat something at the hotel or apartment, this is the place. You also can eat in if you want. Highly recommended.

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.
