A fantastic spot for breakfast in the heart of Milan. We stumbled upon this place by chance while walking past, and the owner's friendly welcome made us stop in. We had coffee, juice, and breakfast. Absolutely perfect: delicious food, a warm welcome, and amazing takeaway coffees. In short, we've got our go-to breakfast spot for our next trip to Milan!

At Caffè Napoli Ticinese I shared a beautiful early morning coffe moment with my taxi driver. We had a two back to back espressos at 7 am, just before I headed to the airport. The espresso was everything hoped for: intensely rich, truly Neapolitan in spirit, and delivered as a strong ristretto with a proper crema. This is how you should start your day in Italy.

A good place for coffee, I recommend it with cream if you like. They also have some pretty good desserts to accompany it. €1.30, the normal price for Milan.

09/09/2025: We came here on our first night, staff were very friendly and helpful as we didn't realise you couldn't eat out till after 7pm. We went back later that evening and were welcomed again. The waitress was lovely, excellent service and the pizza was the best we have ever had, including other restaurants in the centre of Milan. I just wished we had an extra day so we could have visited again.
