Great place on the balcony to drink a Prosecco with your girlfriend during your first evening in Florence. And yes, it is a bit strange when the waitress indicates that a tip is nice (and she shows some humor, and 'tourists' like to be fooled). Furthermore, the price of the drinks was as stated in the booklet.

The word “tourist trap” was often used in the reviews here. We can't understand that. We sat upstairs in the café and had a wonderful view of the hustle and bustle on the Ponte Vecchio. We also enjoyed an espresso (yes, expensive at 3.00 euros), a legendarily good cappuccino freddo for a reasonable 5.00 euros and a really inexpensive 1.5 liter (!!!) mineral water frizzante for 4.00 euros. Ice cream seems to be a rip-off. I can't say the same for the café.

Excellent atmosphere if you can get a table upstairs. Food was delicious regardless. Waitress was awesome. We came back a second time during our trip just for the gelato. Creamiest I’ve experienced in Italy. Not icy at all.

We LOVE this place!! Go upstairs and spend time with Iris (pronounced eeris), the server. She will take good care of you! We are staying in the hotel across the street, and we are here for the third time, with more visits to come. Don't come for the ice cream. Too expensive. Get gelato down the street at Okay, But First Gelato. 3.5 €

Short coffee break in this establishment where we were well received. Access to the upper room requires placing an order on the ground floor, and your order is served at your table. Super nice musical atmosphere and cool and professional staff. Clean toilets..and what we ate was good only small problem the prices are not displayed and the final bill a little steep!

Best view on the corner, their coffee was fresh. very very friendly staff..! When she found out that i speak Arabic, she played me a beautiful Arabic song♥️🇮🇹 thank you so much ☺️

08/07/2024: Not the best tasting gelato (similar to others, I went here by mistake as I did not follow google maps correctly to the place next door or check the name before entering) and pricing seemed off from what we asked for. Is good seating.

01/05/2024: Hot Americano with milk, this is the biggest cup I have ever had in Beiyi.
16/03/2024: We were very well served by those people. Coffee was very good, my sandwich was too. Fresh bread. We were seating in a high seat with a nice view. I do recommend this place, very simple with normal prices and very good. Exactly what we expected.
