We came with local friends for an Apricena. A great find with excellent value. Compared to many other places we frequented, we found quality and variety of food and appetizers. Highly recommended.

La Zampanella

05/09/2025: An excellent osteria, we stumbled upon it by chance one September evening. The zampanelle (borlenghi) were excellent. The ricotta and porcini ravioli with butter were superb, as was the mascarpone cream. The service was excellent, we'll definitely be back. A wonderful discovery!
31/08/2025: There's little to say; come and try the zampanelle. It's a place that can't be described; it has to be tried over and over again. The little square outside is magical on summer evenings.

10/09/2025: One of my favorite places in Modena, excellent meats and very attentive and kind service.
29/07/2025: It's really hard to find fault. The meat is excellent quality, from the tender wagyu tartare to the sliced steak with their mustard, which was a real discovery. I found all the seasonings in the dishes very balanced; the one on the tartare in particular (with wasabi) I thought would be "too much," but instead it turned out perfect. The wait staff was very courteous and friendly, and especially the wine recommendation was spot on. We'll definitely be back to try the other dishes.
