Caffè Le Dahu In Courmayeur

Went yesterday for a drink. The food was average, the service mediocre. I chose two items from the menu at 6:00 PM and was told the cafeteria was closed. Don't present a menu with items a customer can't consume, or at least if you serve tables, let them know in advance or write it on the menu. The outside area was cold and the city was semi-deserted.

We visited with family this hotel in the city centre. The views of Del Monte from the city is superb. The lovely tunnel road is out of world experience. The hotel is well kept, clean, hygienic and have a variety of menu to eat. The company is KIA is sponsoring this hotel and their names is available in the menu card. The food is delicious and the climate when we had visited was really superb.

I don't really understand why they gave it a 3.4 rating ⭐️. I ate and drank very well.

We opted to dine outdoors and enjoyed a tuna salad and spaghetti with cherry tomatoes from their menu. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. It was a lovely evening spent in a delightful setting.

The kitchen is open from lunchtime until 11:00 PM, making it a safe haven for hikers and hikers heading down to town after trekking and other mountain activities. Located in the heart of town, this well-kept place features a pleasant outdoor terrace, a clean atmosphere, and friendly, attentive staff. The food is good, with a few dishes that focus on quality products, ingredients, and creativity. I would have appreciated a few traditional dishes, perhaps revisited, but the selection is good and the palate is satisfied. Recommended!
