Wonderful experience. 3 weeks ago we found ourselves passing through Sambuco by motorbike literally by chance. The staff was very helpful in finding us a place outside, even though they were full. Unfortunately we didn't get to try their famous Raclette (which we will be back for as soon as possible). We had the house starter and a first course each. All traditional dishes from the area (the brandade and the selection of cured meats above all) with particular attention to the raw materials.

In 5 gg trascorsi nella Sicilia sud orientale ho provato vari locali e questo è diventato tappa fissa per il dopo cena. Ubicato sulla piazza centrale ad Avola, chiusa al traffico, ha tavolini con vista sulla bella Chiesa Madre di San Nicolò. Ottime granite, ottimi gelati, la panna sublime, ottimo l’amaro alle carrube.
Giovanni è stato impeccabile e lo ringraziamo tanto per averci curato con ogni accortezza! Top 🔝

Piacevole sosta per un dolce dopo cena in questo bel bar nella piazza Umberto I ad Avola. Cameriere gentilissimo, dolci strepitosi ad un ottimo prezzo.

We had a good time, every now and then it's nice to find someone still doing this job with passion... good value for money. With slightly larger portions it would have been super top ;-)....We'll be back....Well done!
