Not to be missed in Sambuco. We come here regularly when the Lombardy Pass is open, and it's always a treat. Personally, I recommend the antipasti followed by the stew. Danielle and her entire staff are remarkably welcoming. It's best to make a reservation.

We stopped in by chance during a bike tour and were not disappointed. We had pasta and salad – both very good. The espresso was also excellent, and the 0.66 liter non-alcoholic beer was more than reasonably priced. The owner also gave us valuable tips for planning our further tour – thank you very much!

Consigliato da ristorante locale, davvero una piacevole sorpresa e una dolcissima conclusione di serata. Cannolo spettacolare, 7 veli da ricordare, cheesecake al caramello una bontà. Prezzi super onesti.

From the outside, it might look like a typical tourist restaurant, but after I ordered the tagliolini with shrimp tartare, red onion, and a sprinkling of breadcrumbs, I have to say I changed my mind. The pasta was perfectly creamy, and the shrimp tartare had an excellent flavor. Dish 10

08/10/2025: Always worth a motorcycle vacation. I've been coming to the Condor for 13 years now and I'm still thrilled. The friendliness, the excellent and delicious food, and the beautiful tours with Konrad are a dream.
