09/09/2025: "Lo Spietato" remains a must-visit for those seeking the authentic flavors of Camaiore and Versilia cuisine. The rustic and welcoming atmosphere is perfect for a casual yet flavorful dinner. The menu celebrates tradition, with signature dishes that never disappoint: the tordelli with ragù are exceptional, hand-rolled like in the olden days, and the grilled meats are top-quality, cooked to perfection. The service is friendly and approachable, in keeping with the authentic trattoria atmosphere. The selection of local antipasti, featuring local cured meats and cheeses, is also excellent. The quality-price ratio is excellent, considering the generous portions and the authenticity of the ingredients. The only caveat: the restaurant isn't very large, so reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends. Highly recommended!
