A spacious and well-maintained place where you can enjoy excellent service and high-quality artisanal products. The breakfast pastries, all puff pastry-style, and puddings are delicious! I also tried lunch, which is prepared fresh every day and was truly delicious. They also make excellent creative aperitifs. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Overall, a must-try place in Florence that stands out for its perfect blend of tradition and innovation!

A truly wonderful pastry shop! Always packed with people because the quality of their products is remarkable; from leavened pastries for breakfast to savory treats. It's located in the Legnaia neighborhood, a busy place with good service. Unfortunately, I only stop by when I go to the nearby pet store, but I must say that every time I stop by, it never disappoints. Even on holidays, when the place is crowded, the staff is very efficient, and the lady in charge of hot drinks is a real "worker": fantastic, she never gets a single order wrong! Must try 😉

It has lost a lot over the years, cold and sloppy environment, paintwork in need of redoing, peeling walls, dark-haired sales assistant never a smile, standard products, self-service checkout a bad indication of distrust in the employee.

Friendly staff. Great for aperitifs. At fair prices (€10 per person), you get good drinks and a wide selection of appetizers. Very friendly staff!

I don't think I've ever eaten such delicious pastries in all of Florence; the selection this pastry shop offers is rare. For those who go there and find it, I highly recommend their schiacciata with figs and any of their other filled pastries, which are magnificent in flavor.

Locanda Le Tre Rane - Ruffino

15/02/2026: For Valentine's Day dinner, we were hosted at Castello Ruffino, part of the Montemasso estate, as an alternative location to the Poggio Casciano estate, which is currently under renovation. We were warmly welcomed into the castle by the waiters and the maître d', inviting us to sit at our preferred table. I won't go into detail about the location, dishes, and service, as they wouldn't do justice to the magnificent experience we had at Tre Rane restaurant. I'll just add that the chefs were willing to make changes to my dishes due to my allergies and intolerances.
13/12/2025: Aside from the truly spectacular location in the Chianti hills, we had a wonderful time. The evening featured a set menu, including excellent wines, generous portions, and very tasty dishes. We also toured the winery, which was very interesting. Spectacular place, I can't imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer.

Trippaio Albergucci Mario

09/03/2026: Went here for a quick bite and quickly realized I stumbled on a locals hidden gem. Best Lampredotto I've ever had and I wish I spent more time in Florenze to sample the rest of their menu. The beef tongue looked insanely delicious.
17/11/2025: Not very used to this taste but the bread was fresh, tripes tender and sauces flavuorful. Fast service and it looks very clean
