A lovely place with very high quality coffee. The owner really loves Israel and was excited to host us, noting that the method in which the coffee is made makes it kosher. Located on the side of the road in a pastoral location, delicious and special coffee, both for drinking on the spot and for buying in bags. In addition, the place has great chocolates and spreads.

It's a small company that roasts and sells coffee, both beans and ground, to individuals and businesses. A very interesting experience. They roast different varieties in different ways, allowing you to observe the process and receive technical information. You're welcome to ask questions. The process, from receiving the fine raw beans to bagging, is carried out according to hygiene standards and uses only natural methods. The sales area is full of interesting items, such as a coffee-scented aroma diffuser. Easy parking and competitive prices.

Friends introduced me to Caffè GM when I was cycling around Pienza last year - a great spot to just drop in for coffee and I recommend their roastery tour if you have the chance (you need to pre-book). This year I was visiting another part of Tuscany so I ordered some beans that were delivered to my B&B - now I'm back home, drinking great Tuscan coffee and enjoying happy memories.

Got a quick tour of the roastery. Also had a chance to try some of the espresso. One of the few places that roast beans with wood fires instead of gas. Highly recommend if you're into making coffee.

The owner explained us about the different coffee beans and gave us a taste of espresso and some chocolate paste they make themselves, both were perfect, very friendly and cool place, for all coffee lovers this is a must.
