The atmosphere is nice, the service is pretty bad, the food is also bad, but I would go again because the atmosphere is pleasant, especially the interior is pleasant.

Stellar service from the staff, especially Alessia, Dennis & Giulio. The food and drinks has also been on point, and the view from the seating is great when you wanna relax in Florence.

When I traveled here 7 years ago, I was so impressed by Peppe’s delicious coffee that I took a photo. And this time, I came back with my baby and my husband! It was so lovely to see you again!

The service we received from the tall, dark-haired woman with long hair and glasses was SPECTACULAR. She treated us with such kindness and care, advising us on which local sweets to try and bring home. The bartender, a dark-haired man, was also spectacular, as was the lady in charge of the bathroom. Thank you for treating us so well. If we ever return to Florence, we will definitely return to Gilli. The coffee was delicious, and the almond and orange pastries were delicious. Thank you for everything.

Alessio, you're so kind! Thank you for making our time so wonderful 🫶🏻🫶🏻 I ordered tiramisu and lemon sorbet. The tiramisu was classic, not particularly special, but still delicious! It had a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture, not a sloppy, foamy one. If you're nearby, I highly recommend enjoying it at night with the night view. 👍
