The customer service provided by the store clerk, Noa-san, was really great. The cakes and cappuccino were delicious. I would definitely like to go back when I come to Italy.

The atmosphere is so great! Especially Mr. Tomas is so kind. Haha The seat fee is quite high, but the coffee and tiramisu are both delicious, so I recommend you try them before you go😊

Erano alcuni anni che mancavo da Firenze ma ricordavo una tappa fissa in Piazza della Repubblica per un caffè da Gilli. Solita eleganza e raffinatezza del bancone e pasticceria. Caffè Illy squisito. Ottimi i ricciarelli, la torta della nonna e le sfogline. Sempre al top!

Tuvimos un encantador desayuno de pie en Caffé Gilli. Muy bonito y gran café y pasteles. También tienen una bonita zona de estar al aire libre con vistas a la plaza.

09/02/2025: Really very nice environment, especially outside as there is a beautiful large space. The food was very good. I would have preferred them to bring us food already on the plate, and not for them to come and put it there every time. Obviously my personal taste. However, I recommend it for any event because the landscape around it is truly wonderful
10/11/2024: Splendid location, ideal for weddings or any celebration of ceremonies, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful lake, many outdoor spaces, large internal halls capable of hosting many people, excellent organization for celebrating with music and entertainment including the possibility of fireworks final artifice, a splendid experience to certainly be repeated.

07/01/2025: Excellent place for breakfast (good choice of croissants, sweet pastries and savory food). They also offer quick meals (various types of soups and salads). Acceptable prices in the context in which it is located
