Historic bar in the center of L'Aquila, right in Piazza Duomo! Traditional pastries and good coffee, a very nice place!

We stopped by for a coffee and ended up having gelato (very good) and a gentian (excellent quality). We were greeted with kindness and professionalism. I'll gladly return.

Absolutely worth a try! The nougat ice creams are truly exceptional, and the nougat coffee is also truly unique.

A historic café linked to the production of nougat and confectionery, founded in 1835. The interior is comparable, albeit smaller, to the famous historic cafés of Italy: Pedrocchi in Padua, Florian in Venice, Greco in Rome, Meletti in Ascoli Piceno, and Gilli in Florence. Don't forget to try the nougat coffee.

Delicious ice cream and a nice waiter

Coffee with nougat is truly an emotion to try at least once in your life. I also bought some nougat and I must say that the quality of the raw material used is evident. Both the white and chocolate ones are recommended.

A historic pastry shop where you can breathe tradition and pride. Torrone, in all its possible variations, is a delight. You absolutely have to try the coffee with torrone melted inside, unforgettable. We left with a bag of products to take home. For us who come from the town of the very famous Scaldaferro torrone, in the province of Venice, it was nice to get to know a traditional one that is equally prestigious. Torrone can truly be an art.
