Entrare al Fossanese è come sentirsi a casa. Proprietari e camerieri amichevoli, cortesi e gentili. Colazioni top e pranzi ottimi : caffè buono, croissant buonissimi e super farciti, affettati tagliati sul momento, pasta fatta in casa come anche i secondi, le verdure e gli antipasti. Per me è tappa obbligata per il pranzo del giovedì (e la colazione quando si può). Complimenti per l'intero servizio!

Brilliant. Saw alot of this 🤌 going on between staff and customers as if customers were annoying staff who were very busy serving customers. But brilliant other than that.

15/12/2024: We went to this place for the first time today, they were very kind, last night I asked the last person if they could add a seat and they satisfied me, welcoming place, very kind staff, pay attention to the lack of bread and drink (and it's not obvious) Fried exceptional mix, made on the spot, very hot, courses divided between types of food... We will definitely be back and soon.
24/11/2024: Informal place, but attentive service, we ate an excellent Piedmontese mixed fry: we counted 18 courses, all served hot two at a time and the fried food was neither greasy nor heavy. We will definitely return and I recommend it, a must try. GM

28/12/2024: I had the experience of the snail menu after years of not eating these dishes. If I closed my eyes I felt transported to childhood times, where cooking was sacred and the scents transported you through time. Kind and attentive service to the guest, simple atmosphere of an old-time tavern. Care of the dish in every aspect! Experience to be repeated!!
21/12/2024: Today, with my husband, we went to enjoy a snail-based lunch! Very good and tasty menu. I must say that we were very happy, both for the quality of the food offered and for the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. Attentive and quick service. Right quality/price ratio. We will be back! I recommend it!
