20/04/2025: To talk about Italian culinary culture you absolutely have to stop by places like this. These places, typical taverns/trattorias of provincial towns, are able to maintain tradition, the quality of the raw materials, all always accompanied by the courtesy and smile of the staff. We went to this typical restaurant in Saluzzo for Easter lunch. I won't list all the dishes, it would be excessive. I just want to point out that these places make our country unique in its kind, in its art and in its history. Advised!
