You come for the piece of history. The food and beverage are good but really overpriced ( count 18 euros for everything and more than 25 wuros for quick snacks)

A restaurant that also plays the mysterious song from the East, Jasmine.
This cafe fully lives up to expectations. We set out to take some photos while sipping delicious chocolate drinks in this gorgeous, antique-looking place, and we achieved that.
In fact, taking photos or videos in a cafe was a natural activity and no one disturbed anyone appropriately. It may be somewhat touristy, but the interior is very old-fashioned and the service from the staff is excellent. Although it is a bit pricey, we know what customers come for and provide a service that fully meets that. Personally, I was very satisfied.

Everything was great. Elegant and tasty. The atmosphere of a 300-year-old cafe does its job :) waiters ran between customers to please them. The only negative thing we experienced was that we asked to pay the bill three times. Because they either forgot their collars or they forgot about them. And the price is not cheap, the climate has to cost. But we are very happy with our stay :)

The oldest cafe in Venice has its own flair. In summer an orchestra plays on the forecourt. It is always well attended, no matter how expensive it is. My espresso in a booth opposite the bar cost 3.50 euros, but you don't sit in Venice every day. So, just enjoy.

As a namesake, I had to go here and deliberately paid too much for what was undoubtedly a very good quality product. But the prices can certainly no longer be argued, it is simply a rip-off. I'm really insensitive when it comes to prices but there's simply no quality in the world that can be justified at these prices. I've traveled a lot around the world but a Perrier 200ml for €12 is a disgrace, no one around the world asks for that where I've been so far.

We went for breakfast and food was made fresh for us.
Nice portion size not too much or too little just about right.
I personally found the cafe latte a bit too strong. Would have preferred it hotter.

Così si deve interpretare una sosta in questo caffè, unico nel suo genere...
Non discuto che i prezzi siano alti ma i prezzi li fa il mercato e l'utenza, in netta prevalenza turistica, e' attirata da queste magnifiche sale come le api dai fiori...
Sulla qualità però spezzo una lancia in favore: la mia cioccolata in tazza era veramente buona e densa al punto giusto e la torta di mele fresca, croccante e non stucchevole.
Un momento piacevolmente unico, di estasi per gli occhi ed il palato, nella sala delle stagioni...
