A very nice hotel run by young owners. Very good food, extensive breakfast buffet.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool is large and really warm – even in the colder months. The service and friendliness of the hosts are exceptional, so I'm definitely giving it 5 stars. The only thing I didn't like "perfectly" was the dining room; I prefer a bit more privacy with more space between the tables, but that's really a minor point. You can easily reach some great hiking trails directly from the hotel, and the view is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

We were a group of seven women and felt very comfortable. The view was beautiful, the atmosphere very friendly and authentic, and the service attentive and courteous, along with the excellent cuisine. The rooms were lovely, clean, and spacious. And there was a fantastic spa area with a heated outdoor pool. We were even able to use the spa all day on our departure day. A highly recommended hotel.

We felt completely at home in the house! Dinner was delicious, accompanied by a generous salad and dessert buffet that left nothing to be desired. The breakfast buffet was also varied and appealing. The spa area had plenty of loungers for relaxing, and the sauna infusions were pleasant and manageable for everyone. The hosts were extremely friendly and created a welcoming, family atmosphere. We would love to come back!

A superb family-run hotel in a fantastic location, everything is very clean and well-maintained. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is a dream, heated to 33 degrees Celsius, and the sauna area and relaxation rooms are beautiful. Breakfast and dinner are excellent and of high quality.

As frequent visitors to the region for our holidays, we decided to stay at this hotel again this year. A truly wonderful discovery! The hotel owners are very charming and attentive to their guests. The staff is very friendly and discreet. The hotel has an exceptional location, with a heated outdoor pool (in October), and a beautifully maintained, flower-filled garden. Our room was spacious with a very large bathroom. The spa area offered ample space to relax, and plenty of bath towels. The breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring products from the hotel owners' family. Finally, the evening meals offered varied menus worthy of a high-end restaurant. In conclusion, it was an unforgettable week's holiday, and we will definitely be returning.

Wonderful vacation with young hosts and a great team Once again, we had wonderful days at your "new" hotel. Thank you all for the excellent service.

We stayed at the Lisetta for a short break. In week 43/25. We've been to Tirolo several times and wanted to try something new. After some back and forth, we chose this hotel. So we called, booked a room, and then we were filled with pure anticipation. Where to begin... Our arrival: We received a very friendly welcome from Tobias. We were offered a welcome drink to "relax," which we gladly accepted. After we had a chance to acclimatize, we were escorted to our room. Everything was newly renovated and tastefully furnished. The bathroom was nice and large, the box-spring bed was comfortable, and there was a balcony with a view of the garden. A TV (we didn't use it), a minibar, and a safe were also available. Bathrobes were also provided. Exactly our taste. We had actually wanted to book a suite, but unfortunately, due to the short notice, only the aforementioned double room was available. No problem... Then we headed straight to the spa area: a large outdoor pool that was about 32 degrees Celsius (approximately, I don't know exactly). The sauna area with herbal sauna, Finnish sauna, and steam bath are a must. A spacious relaxation area with tea, fruit, and water. Everything was truly lovely. Now for the food: Dinner with a salad buffet. Soup, starter, main course, and dessert. There was fish, meat, poultry, and vegetarian food. There was something for everyone. You could tell that the dishes were prepared with joy and skill, and they tasted delicious. If you had an allergy to something, they even took care of it. For my wife, it was the garlic. Anything without garlic is also possible, which many people can't or don't want to understand. But here, the manager was completely understanding. Special praise for that 💪🏻 The service: Very courteous, competent, always friendly, and sometimes even ready to have a joke. The bartender, who was already 71 years old, was particularly memorable. (Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but there can't be that many... 😉) Very nice. The hotel should definitely keep him. You rarely find staff like this. About the cleaning lady: We gave her a terrible fright on the first day. It wasn't intentional..🤷‍♂️ She, too, is always friendly, happy to help, and reliable. She even tips occasionally. In my opinion, this is a given for service. Now for breakfast: Everything your heart desires. Even fresh eggs are prepared in front of the guests. Everything was perfect... A suggestion for Lisa and Tobias: A glass of sparkling wine/Prosecco and freshly squeezed juices to start the day would certainly be appreciated by many guests. We actually missed that a bit. We wanted to mention it as an improvement when we left, but with all the departure formalities, we actually forgot. So, that's just how it is... But that's really the only thing we missed. About the masseuse: Competent and friendly, definitely recommendable. The twisted vertebrae are back where they belong. It's worth every cent. But you should book an appointment well in advance, otherwise, a four-day stay can be a bit tight. What else was there: Free fruit is available next to the reception. Information about activities is also available. You can also ask questions... Beautifully landscaped garden. Lovely outdoor area with flowers and herbs. Covered parking spaces for cars. Digital tourist map. Overall, we are very satisfied and look forward to our next visit to this hotel. Unfortunately, our vacation days are very limited due to work commitments. A beautiful family-run hotel, recently renovated and expanded. Spacious, bright rooms, a fantastic heated pool with a magnificent view. A generous breakfast buffet with fresh, regional produce. In the evening, there's a gala dinner, a themed evening, or a 4-5 course menu (choice of fish, meat, or vegetarian), all of outstanding quality and accompanied by professional service. What's truly unique is the genuine hospitality. The entire staff always had a smile on their faces; you simply felt at home. All in all, the Lisetta is highly recommended; we will definitely return.
