Caffe Emilia In Reggio nell'emilia

All in all, it's not bad, but if you ask me at the table, "Would you like some nachos while you wait?" I'll say yes, you can't take the liberty of making me BIG ones! And above all, you can't pay 6.90 for a plate of cheese nachos! At that price, I have to decide from the menu whether or not to order a similar appetizer. This seems like a rip-off to me, and from what I've seen, they offer it to everyone. It goes without saying that they're not free, but I mean...it seems like an exaggerated price to me.
