Let me cut to the chase, do yourself a favour, visit Caffè del Mercato, order their Lasagne alla Bolognese and a glass of House Red Wine and you will be the happiest person in the world. Food We ordered 2 Lasagne alla Bolognese (one for each of our party) and a glass of House Red Wine. Taste This was possibly the best lasagne of my life. The marriage of the perfect spinach pasta, slow cooked ragu and creamy bechamel is something I will remember for a lifetime. The whole lasagne melted in my mouth and the flavours tied beautifully together. I cannot praise this dish highly enough. The House Red Wine was beautiful, it complemented the hearty cuisine of Bologna perfectly. This restaurant showcases the culinary talent and passion of Bologna and the country of Italy. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 5/5.

28/04/2026: A quick stop for an aperitif, the spritz was good, and with a platter of only cured meats for two, the bill was around 20 euros.
29/03/2026: On March 27, 2026, we celebrated our daughter's graduation, choosing an aperitif with cold cuts and cheese platters, pizza, focaccia, and various appetizers. We also had two first courses, lasagna, and tortellini with parmesan cream. Everything was delicious! The waitresses were kind and knowledgeable, and my compliments to the chef! Shout out to Tiziana, the manager of the Osteria, who made a great impression on us right away, which turned out to be true! Thank you so much to all of you.

Ghiotto Grill

17/04/2026: I went to Ghiotto Grill for the first time on a Saturday evening in April. I was greeted very kindly and was served a small plate of excellent crescenta. The service was really good (especially the very friendly and helpful waitress). The tagliatelle with meat sauce was delicious. I'll be back because, in addition to having a great experience, I want to try the grilled meat.
11/04/2026: The food and service were good. On this occasion, the place was full of screaming children. An impromptu karaoke session with some off-key singers that, unfortunately, took away from Alex's beautiful voice.
