Very nice food and excellent staff!

We came this evening for an aperitif... As we entered the place, we were asked if we wanted an "Aperitivo"... obviously, we confirmed our wish. They let us choose a table and we ordered two proseccos... As in all the other places in Fano, we expected a small plate with something to taste, like some crostini or similar... When the proseccos arrived, ciao, they brought a small container with 9 olives and 7 tarallini (ini ini). We waited, expecting to receive something else, but nothing arrived... And they call it an aperitif? Honestly, we were very, very disappointed, and obviously we won't be back. There are places nearby that, for €4-5 more (we spent €12), offer a much more satisfying aperitif. In short, our plan to have an aperitif before entering the Politeama was shattered, so much so that after paying, we left and went into the piadineria across the street (where we bought some really good and tasty stuffed piadinas).

An evening in a pleasant atmosphere, excellent food, fantastic cocktails created by skilled hands, definitely worth trying.

Discovered by chance...and it was the best discovery...it had been years since I had eaten such a good plate of pasta...excellent food, fresh and tasty, wonderful staff, and amazing service....my compliments, really!

September 28, 2025, during the Flower Festival in Fano, we stopped for a quick bite at the Dardari Bistro. We were welcomed and pampered by Francesca, a wonderful hostess who explained the tradition of each course: homemade Ascoli olives, truly delicious. Next, we had focaccias stuffed with one meat and one seafood, excellent ingredients! Completely satisfied! If you're passing through Fano, stop by—you won't regret it!
