28/04/2025: Remarkable experience that deserves to be reviewed with the highest marks (fully deserved). Entering and being greeted by such a structured, well-laid out and full of labels cellar would already be enough to exclaim wow, what a place. Lunch was delicious from start to finish! Authentic flavors and sublime pleasures (I found the spaghetti with shellfish erotic in its depth and aroma, great class). Having said that, excellent food, well-kept place, smiles at the reception, I would like to focus on 2 aspects that literally make Riontino win the competition hands down. 1) Dishes served and TOLD (then coherent during the tasting, the flavors anticipated during the storytelling were all there, in the various dishes); 2) Etiquette observed and fully respected (here the bar reaches its maximum, women first, long live women I would add). Congratulations to the whole team, to those who put their best foot forward and to those who, behind the scenes, work in the same way as the frontrunners.
