Caffe Cavour In Spello

Location: Just steps from Piazza della Repubblica, it's housed in a quiet and welcoming building. It features a lounge with a bar, a smaller room with a few tables, access to the kitchen, and a window with a beautiful view of the historic buildings. Menu: There's a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, featuring local dishes and handmade pasta. Dishes: Everything was delicious, with generous appetizers including bread, torta al testo, and other delicacies, and generous portions of first courses with truly delicious and flavorful flavors. Staff: We had a great time; they were always helpful and friendly, and we even had a chat after lunch. Prices: In line with other restaurants in the area, and considering the pleasant stay, the staff and food quality were truly excellent!

Generous portions! The truffle stragozzi were delicious! Miss Bianca was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The only downside, in my opinion, was the two chicken skewers costing €12...but I'm talking about quantity versus price! The location is very beautiful, albeit small...typical of Spello!

I stopped just for breakfast, central location with access from the main square, historic place that has preserved the atmosphere of the past.
