Amazing aperitifs (Campari and Cynar spritz)

I've tried several flavors of floral ice cream (lavender, rose, and elderflower). It's very unique, and worth a try... even though it's quite sugary (probably because of the flavors, as it's water-based). Good prices.

We tried the flower ice cream, the only flaw was that it was a bit "hard" and it wasn't served in the best way.

Nice cafe in the main square. I enjoyed my coffee.

Just an average coffee shop. Passable. No bad, not too good. A plus is they are opened till 23:00.

Best ice cream of the holiday so far

A very good restaurant in a pretty square in Spello. The pasta was very tasty. The service was a bit slow, especially when we finally got the bill, and they didn't explain what we had to pay inside.

Infiorata day, in the central square, bar, ice cream shop and restaurant, very crowded as you can imagine on this day, they welcomed us with courtesy and made us sit in a quiet room, very good food, wanting everything in theme with flowers, excellent price, fast service and friendliness. Unfortunately there are few seats, but we caught the right moment and we had a great time, also recommended the ice cream shop with many variations to the classics and in theme with the day, we will definitely be back
