An elegant restaurant with attentive and professional waiter service. The appetizers are excellent, well-presented, colorful, and plentiful. Some areas for improvement: the first courses are good but not exceptional; in my opinion, the portions are also disproportionate, with only two shrimp tails for every 100g of pasta. The bread is a bit dry, but the final taste of the passito wine was appreciated. Overall, I recommend it.

Discovered by chance, I truly regret not having discovered it sooner. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is kind and attentive. The cuisine is refined but remains decisive and clear, without overwhelming or inconclusive twists. The management of flavors and textures is excellent, with many dishes featuring a play of soft/crunchy or savory/sweet. What I was most impressed with was the appetizers. I highly recommend this place.

An elegant and modern venue that refines classic recipes of local cuisine. The entire venue boasts a club-style atmosphere, with chill-out music filtering through the speakers and attentive service. The dishes I ordered were based on local fish – amberjack and swordfish. The compositions are modern yet uncomplicated, served with great sensitivity and elegance. An outstanding bruschetta complemented the repertoire. The place also offers a wide selection of interesting alcoholic beverages. A must-visit for anyone seeking a cozy Palermo experience and a break from the usual hustle and bustle of the city.

Booked via an app, it was a pleasant evening, good food and nice atmosphere.

Brama combines Italian cuisine with modern touches, bringing flavor and personality. The sesame tuna appetizer is captivating with its sauce and ginger zest, which give it an extra kick. The octopus with mashed potatoes and teriyaki sauce is also delicious, cooked to perfection, although it deserved a bolder note. The beef tartare is fresh and pleasant, but a sauce (even just mustard or lemon) would have made it complete. The Angus steak, rare and not very flavorful, could have benefited from more character and seasoning. The desserts round out the dinner beautifully: the ricotta and pear semifreddo is excellent, but the crème brulee is pure poetry, a little journey through the clouds. The only flaw: the service is a bit slow, which interrupts the flow of the dinner. Overall, however, a refined and promising restaurant—a little more boldness (and salt!) is all it takes to transform "cravings" into complete satisfaction.
