The dining room inside exudes a trendy atmosphere. It wasn't busy at all, so the atmosphere was a bit dull. The food was well-prepared, both the pasta and the main courses. The wines by the glass were good but not exceptional. The waiter was polite but lacked a bit of a relaxed air, perhaps because we're not Italian. He also kept forgetting to wish us a "bon appétit." For the price, I expected a bit more compared to other osterias and ristorantes. But otherwise, we had a great evening.

The atmosphere is one of the restaurant's strong points: dining in a secluded cloister in the heart of the city creates a tranquil and evocative atmosphere, perfect for a special evening or for those seeking a quiet corner. I recommend trying the fish specialties straight from the lake; they're a real treat! The portions are generous, and the flavors are so intense and authentic that you can feel the passion and tradition in every bite. The service deserves a special applause. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful; we felt truly cared for and welcomed. If you're looking for a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle, experience the spirit of true Lombardy, and savor exquisite cuisine, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit! It's not just a meal, it's a beautiful experience. I will definitely be back!

17/09/2025: Cascina Gervasoni can't be reached by car; it's a short walk. But it's worth it. As soon as you arrive, you feel like you've stepped back in time. The atmosphere, the distinct aromas, and the goats roaming freely just steps away. The cuisine is a return to the essentials, with organic dishes that have a full, authentic flavor, unlike anything we're used to. Massimo (Max), the manager, is the soul of the place. Every gesture, every word, reflects his beliefs and his lifestyle choices. It's an unusual experience, and that's precisely what makes it special. Prices are in line with many agritourisms, but from here, what you take home is so much more: the feeling of having experienced an authentic place and a special moment.
