05/01/2025: We went to the store based on the good reviews and at first we were immediately impressed by the interior, as well as the chocolate. But that's where it ended. The service was as if it didn't exist. And certainly not for foreign-speaking guests. Because people speaking Italian were served with a smile and explained what to do in the store and how to behave. And we, speaking in English, were invisible. Not to mention families with children. The saleswoman's behavior and look when her son wanted to eat some chocolate were downright unpleasant. I only bought there because it was too far to go back to the center downstairs. It's a pity, because the store is beautiful and in a beautiful place, but the behavior of the staff leaves a lot to think about.
27/12/2024: Good chocolate, prices much above average compared to other chocolate sellers in Modica. The lady at the checkout who repeated several times a maximum of 2 3 tastings.....ok then since I only bought 2 bars...I WOULD HAVE GOT MANY MORE!!
